Q.Are your products certified compostable?
Yes. All our bagasse products are BPI-certified compostable and meet ASTM D6400 standards. Our CPLA cutlery is certified compostable under EN 13432. Every product has third-party certification documentation available on request.
Q.What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 1 case (typically 200–500 units depending on the product). For wholesale and bulk orders of 10+ cases, we offer volume discounts. Contact our sales team for a personalized quote.
Q.Where do you ship?
We ship across India and North America, including all Canadian provinces and US states. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for urgent orders.
Q.Can I get custom branding on the products?
Yes! We offer custom embossing and printing for orders of 500+ cases. Lead time for custom orders is typically 4–6 weeks. Get in touch with our team to discuss your branding requirements.
Q.Are your products PFAS-free?
Absolutely. We never use PFAS "forever chemicals" in any of our products. Grease and moisture resistance is achieved entirely through natural fiber engineering — no chemical coatings.
Q.How do your products compare to traditional plastic or styrofoam?
Our products match or exceed traditional packaging in heat resistance (up to 200°F), structural integrity, and moisture resistance. The key difference: they compost completely within 90 days in commercial composting conditions.
Q.What certifications do your products have?
Our products carry BPI Compostable certification, FDA food contact approval, and FSC certification for paper products. We also maintain ISO 9001 quality management standards across all manufacturing.
